OMG Cats! on DTRPG

Thank you all for your patience in this process as we've been getting this across the finish line. By now you should all have recieved your digital copies of OMG Cats! and the Curious Yarns adventure book. If you have not, you can comment here or in the comments section, or send us a direct message and we'll see where the issue is. We've already resent a few to those of you who have brought this to our attention and we want to make sure you can get your copies and dive right in. We want to point out there are downloadable character sheets on DTRPG as well. They are free for you all to get so if you haven't pulled that yet, check it out. Also, while you're there, please give a rating and/or a brief review. We truly appreciate it.

As we mentioned in the last update, there the team did an incredible job on pulling all of this together, but we always want to give you all a chance to look before we set things to print. For the next week or so, if you see any typos and blatant errors post them in the comments section and we'll review them so we can make changes (is approved), update the PDFs and get them to the printers.

PRECIOUS THINGS is coming!

Our next family-friendly/cozy game is coming soon, and if you like Heckin' Good Doggos and OMG Cats! we know you're going to love it. FOLLOW TODAY

If you were a dragon, what would you hoard?

Precious Things puts you inside the scales of a small dragon with a hoard of mundane objects like buttons, paperclips, dried flowers, or even dice. This hoard powers a single spell – the last of your inheritance as a creature of magic. Together with your flight of other dragons, you will protect your homes, search for more hoard treasures, and keep yourselves secret from those who would exploit the last magic in the world.

Precious Things is a family-friendly roleplaying game with an cozy theme, punctuated by moments of danger. Adapted and expanded by Lucas Zellers from his one-page game of the same name. This version includes a history of dragons, the full +One System rules for skills, 52 different magic spells categorized by material type and color, threats magical and mundane, a full adventure, and guidance for adapting dragons to several literary genres including regency drama and noir. Art by the fantastic Lily Higgs, and Graphic Design and Layout by Emily Entner

OMG! Digital Cats!
9 days ago – Wed, Mar 25, 2026 at 05:34:48 PM

Hello Fancy Cats and Cat Fanciers!

We waited a little while for this update, because the digital release of OMG Cats! was so close. And here it is. That’s right, by the time you are reading this backers should already have links to the OMG Cats! core book and the Curious Yarns adventure book. Let the wild yeowling begin!

Some sharp-eyes folks saw the books on DriveThruRPG already. They have to be uploaded there before we can send out the links. It’s all part of the process.

Speaking of the process, the next step in production is for all of you to use the books! Read them, play the game. We’ve looked at the text and looked at it again, but more people looking at the books fresh always helps spot our last typos and any layout glitches. If you see something like that, please let us know. Everything you tell us about in the next few weeks we’ll correct before we send the files off to the printer.

We really hope you enjoy this game. Steffie and Liz created a wonderful world and Mike gave it such life with his art. Crystal, Michele, Tyler, Steven, Brigitte and Dustin wrote such incredible adventures for you all to explore. Sarah’s editing and Matthias’ design are all key parts of bringing these books to you.

Thank you for your continued support of Wet Ink Games. We’ll get on the with the other parts of physical production.

OMG Cats! cover shows many cats covering a front porch. Curious Yarns cover shows cats hunting a red laser pointer dot cast by large eyed aliens.

Final edits

Hey all! Great news. The FINAL EDITS are in and we're working to get the digital files fully prepped for digital release. Once we get those up on DriveThruRPG we'll send them out to the full list. We're hoping to have them knocked out over the weekend and early next week. We're only waiting on some cover templates from our printer and then they'll be set to go! We're really looking good at this point and we can't wait until you have it in your hands.

Here are some shots of the layout as it stands:

OMG Layout!

Heyo, Cool Cats!

Layout is proceeding well. Matthias has done a great job of making Cats look like a companion game to Doggos. I've selected spreads to showcase below which highlight some of Mike's art. There are still a couple details to finish up. You may notice these images show "page XXX". We use that notation because we don't know what page we need to point you to until after the book is almost finished. Once we get everything set up, we'll send the digital along to you to enjoy!

Until next time!
Matt

A Siamese cat pulls a fish from an ice try in a market.

Card Deck

The Card Deck has been wrapped up and files are getting sent to the factory this week. They look great and we're really excited to have this partner product to the Deck o Good Doggos. Mumah really knocked the art out of the park again, so we know you'll enjoy that.

OMG Cats!

Edits are complete and the layout is wrapped up for the main book. We're going through this week to make sure there are no glaring visual issues, and then we're going to have it set for digital download on DTRPG. We'll get that up as soon as possible so you all can start playing.

The Curious Yarns book is in process now and should be available in the same format in the following weeks. Both books will go to print roughly the same time so we can save on freight costs.

Coming up this week we'll showcase some of the art and layout samples for you all!
