Hey all! Great news. The FINAL EDITS are in and we're working to get the digital files fully prepped for digital release. Once we get those up on DriveThruRPG we'll send them out to the full list. We're hoping to have them knocked out over the weekend and early next week. We're only waiting on some cover templates from our printer and then they'll be set to go! We're really looking good at this point and we can't wait until you have it in your hands.

Here are some shots of the layout as it stands:

OMG Layout!

Heyo, Cool Cats!

Layout is proceeding well. Matthias has done a great job of making Cats look like a companion game to Doggos. I've selected spreads to showcase below which highlight some of Mike's art. There are still a couple details to finish up. You may notice these images show "page XXX". We use that notation because we don't know what page we need to point you to until after the book is almost finished. Once we get everything set up, we'll send the digital along to you to enjoy!

Until next time!
Matt

Card Deck

The Card Deck has been wrapped up and files are getting sent to the factory this week. They look great and we're really excited to have this partner product to the Deck o Good Doggos. Mumah really knocked the art out of the park again, so we know you'll enjoy that.

OMG Cats!

Edits are complete and the layout is wrapped up for the main book. We're going through this week to make sure there are no glaring visual issues, and then we're going to have it set for digital download on DTRPG. We'll get that up as soon as possible so you all can start playing.

The Curious Yarns book is in process now and should be available in the same format in the following weeks. Both books will go to print roughly the same time so we can save on freight costs.

Coming up this week we'll showcase some of the art and layout samples for you all!

Layout Begins

Hello Cat Fanciers!

I know we’ve been relatively quiet the last few weeks. A tough year like 2025 has really slowed down every creative project we’re working on. It’s time to update you all where we are in the process.

In late November, Sarah sent the texts for OMG Cats! and Curious Yarns back with her edits. I have now approved the edits for the OMG Cats! core book and put in the notes for where the art goes. I handed the book off to Matthias for layout this week. The book will look very similar to Heckin’ Good Doggos; colorful and relatively unbusy. It will take a few weeks to go through the layout process. By the time he’s done with the core book, I will have the edits approved for Curious Yarns.

Mike has finished all the art for the cats in the card deck, so we are firmly in the production phase of this project. Because of the constantly changing tariff situation, we aren’t certain right at the moment who will be printing the books. That’ll be for us to figure out next. I am very hesitant to say a date for fulfillment, because there are always so many factors we don’t control. Perhaps spring for the digital versions of everything and summer for the physical.

Thank you for your support of Wet Ink Games and OMG Cats!

Quick update!

Hey everyone! We've been busy here tackling a few things in house and prepping/attending some fall cons. We just returned from GameHoleCon where a lot of people picked up Garbage & Glory, and Heckin' Good Doggos and were excited to hear that OMG Cats is in the wings. At this time it's close to going to layout, and Mumah is just a few cards away from being done with the artwork for the deck. We had some stragglers getting art to us, but it's shaping up to be awesome.

We're hoping to have layout examples and the dice examples to soon. Thank you so much for your patience, and we hope everyone has a good/safe spooky season.
